What would you guys recommend? I'm more of a MTT player so I'd probably want a site geared more towards that.

I would not join a training site. There are plenty of books to learn from, and plenty of pro's to rail. It's a proven fact that stuff sticks with humans when they teach themselves, instead of being taught. Buy "Winning Poker Tournaments One Hand at a Time" that should be all the training you'll need. Oh I play plenty by myself, I just want to figure out what I'm doing wrong that I'm not aware of.
I thought a training site could help with that.

I think everyone says PXF for MTT's and Cardrunners for Cash. I have both but only went to them twice in 10 months so can't comment. I stay a member because it's like Netflix. Once I cancel, I'll want to use it :/

PXF for tournaments. If you don't find it helpful after 6 months, cancel. It's not a very large investment considering that a few tips could get you into the money quicker.

This is very false. I have subscribed and still do subscribe to several training sites and watch videos regularly. Not to mention I was a subscriber to PXF before becoming a guest pro (and before winning the Sunday Million). I was an admittedly accomplished player prior to that, but I personally find the training sites (obv PXF among them, but quite honestly quite a few of them) to be very helpful.
Also the old 'PXF for MTTs and CR for cash' arguement is kind of stale I think. CR has some good MTT material up (you can't tell me Aaron Been, Menlo, TranquilChaos etc are bad MTT players) and I think PXF has some excellent cash material up now by myself along with the addition of Fox and Hatfield. I also think making that generalization discounts some of the other training sites. there are a few sites not even mentioned here that have some very high quality content too.
I am obviously biased towards PXF, but just about all the sites have some free material available online so try them out and pick the one that best meshes with you. Other things to consider might be the format you prefer (some people like to be able to download the videos, some like to be able to watch them on their ipods, etc). This is possible at some sites and not at others. Some sites also provide more new content than others and at various games/limits than others. I think PXF delivers the most content by far (I believe there were 12 videos last week alone) that covers a very diverse subject matter, but maybe you only play 6 max NL cash and only have time to watch 2-3 hrs of video a week on your iPod while you work out. Then PXF is not your best choice.
I personally subscribe to (and watch) the content across many sites, because at the level I play if I learn even 1 small thing it pays for itself many times over. That may or may not apply to everyone though, so I think the 'best choice' for each individual depends on what they like, what level they play at and how much time they have.
