I know Card Runners is one of the top picks, but I heard PXF has been getting good cash videos (there fore its not only for MTT), and I know PVT is new, so it might seem like the better choice. Any opinions?

PVT is very good for the beginning to intermediate player.
It is like a Poker boot camp for tournament players - the focus and playing style being on tournaments.
As to the two video sites, I have belonged to both PXF and Cardruners, and I prefer Cardrunners, but there are a lot of excellent tournament videos on PXF. There's lots of quality learning you can obtain from either site, it just depends upon the type of playing you want to become better at.
