Detroit -3/3.5  vs Atlanta

Holy fuck where to even begin? Falcons are starting a rookie QB with flat out THE WORST OLINE IN THE NFL. You can look at Detroits road record over the past few years and cringe...but Atlanta is probably the easiest place to play in the NFL and this game prolly wont even sellout.

Matt Ryan will throw 2 picks minimum even though im sure theyll be trying to pound the rock with Michael Turner. Detroit should be able to get to Ryan early and often.

Calvin Johnson's breakout year begins with 110yds and 2TDs

I agree with everything EXCEPT saying ATL's OLine is the worst in NFL...uh..just no.  Its really not that bad at all.  Actually, one of their strengths. 

No, its not...its actually the worst in the NFL

They have a very young, athletic and aggressive O-line. I'd imagine they're closer to the best line in the NFL than the worst, but they're certainly somewhere in the middle.

Anyway great showing by the Falcons today, they start a rookie QB, LT, MLB, and 2 2nd year corners against Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson, and everyone looked great. Even if Detroit has a pitiful defense, they definately have a potent offense, and the Falcons are very young on D, so it was nice to see them play so well.

Also Calvin Johnson was a beast, he did go off for triple digits in yardage, but he got 2 PI penalties in the endzone that put them at 1st and goal. The Lions really need to build a strong front 7 if they ever want to compete for a championship, but their offense is pretty much there.
