yes, i never used my timebank, my battery went dead on laptop is only explanation i can think of, but somehow had no timebank for the rest of wcoop #1 and played for like 16 fuking hours and had some big decisions for alot of money that were rushed that could easily been avoided.

 It's been asked before, and if you don't fix it, it'll be asked again stars. This is a glaring hole in your software. Get it fixed.

same happened to me the other day. internet went out for 5 minutes and lost my timebank then cost me at the final table with 4 left. had the guy beat, but was deciding whether to just call turn or shove him and it jus folds me. i forgot it takes away your time bank after disconnecting. was very pissed bc it ultimately cost me a shitload of money

IMO pokerstars time bank should be like full tilts. You should have to physically click on the time bank in order to use it. If i'm 10+ tableing and i have to get up for a minute, pokerstars is the only site i have to click the "sit out next hand" button or i will lose my time bank bc it randomly uses my time bank if i don't fold.

Oh and also co sign on the refresh time bank at the FT.

Was deep in the million, lost my connection earlier on a few times; therefore, having no timeback to act with less than 100 left.  I was able to contact support to get my allin privileges back, which was somewhat helpful; but stars desperately needs to refresh their timebanks.

 Thanks for the replies, I sent an email to pokerstars with this thread attached to it, hopefully they make an effort to fix the time bank.

Will all of you please email them as well, the more people we have contacting them, the better our chances will be of actually getting this fixed.  Thanks.
