I have this question for you.

What do you put him on here?  Are you basically saying that you think that this is an AA\KK minraise?

I'll be honest, I do not play a ton of $1 tourneys anymore.  Is the min raise preflop something that you see with AA and KK alot?

Otherwise why not just call the min raise and see a flop?

In $1 tourneys, the min raise can mean ANYTHING! From 22 to AK. Would not be surprised if he flips over 44 here. That being said, no need to call this early on a flip. Flat the raise since you DO have position and evaluate after the flop.

I can understand your decision to fold. Villian min bets and than pushes over your reraise. With your stack though I'm probably calling off with AQ here anyway.
