Five different PocketFivers have had six-figure scores on 888poker so far in 2017, but none have managed to put up a bigger number than Alen ‘lilachaa’ Bilic. Looking at the top 25 cashes by PocketFives members on 888poker in 2017 shows scores ranging from just over $38,000 to nearly $200,000.

Bilic, the #1-ranked player in Bosnia and Herzegovina, took home $198,247 for his runner-up performance in the XL Eclipse Main Event in September. His previous biggest score came in 2014, when he won the PokerStars Sunday 500 for $79,40.

The second and third biggest scores both came from the XL Inferno Main Event where Tomas ‘masuronike’ Kubaliak finished third for $166,550 and Viktor ‘papan9_p$’ Ustimov banked $119,340 for a fourth place finish. Kubaliak’s score came one week after he finished runner-up in the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker Main Event for $280,232.

The XL Eclipse series was responsible for nine of the top 25 scores by PocketFivers on 888poker this year. Along with Bilic’s massive win, Aleksandr ‘NoPlanB’ Mordvinov finished second in the Chip In Super High Roller for $114,700 while Roman ‘Romeopro’ Romanovsky earned $107,500 for winning the $2,100 buy-in High Roller event.

Only one player has managed to hit the top 25 twice so far this year. Former #1-ranked Fabrizio ‘SixthSenSe19’ Gonzalez won $98,415 for finishing one spot behind Mordvinov in the XL Eclipse Chip In Super High Roller back in May. In January he finished runner-up to Jon ‘apestyles’ Von Fleet in the Super XL High Roller for $62,930. Von Fleet’s victory in that event gave him the seventh biggest 888 score of the year so far at $87,920.

Sweden’s ‘Sheater’ earned $78,050 for finishing fifth in the XL Eclipse Main Event while Laszlo ‘omaha4rollz’ Bujtas earned the 10th biggest score for finishing second to Romanovsky in the XL Eclipse High Roller event, taking home $77,500.
